Displays Fine Art Services is a full-service art handling company that operates nationwide, with locations in Arlington, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. They have been partnering with Qualbe for over a year now, so we thought we would share a brief glimpse of their journey thus far.

Our goal for Displays Fine Art Services digital marketing has been to increase awareness of their brand across the nation and ultimately drive more quality leads for their business.

Where We Began

Pictured below is part of the first site we built in 2015 going into 2016. Personally, I was a fan of the T-rex display, but what guy wouldn’t be? The site had a museum feel to it, which fit the general industry but didn’t quite capture the essence of Displays and the work they do.

In January of 2016, Texas was generating the majority of Displays’ site traffic. As mentioned early on, one of our digital marketing goals was to increase Displays’ brand awareness across the nation. We wanted to break Displays out of the Texas shell and build their recognition as a national brand.

Ultimately, our goal was to increase the number of quality leads. In 2016, Displays’ digital marketing generated 132 leads, or 11 leads/month.


Where We Are Now

About a year later in January 2017, we launched a redesign of the site to better fit Displays’ professionalism and quality of service. Displays also made the decision to further invest in their digital presence, and we got to work with a new strategy and resources.

In January of 2017, Displays was receiving significant site traffic from across the nation in key cities.

Now, in just the first two and a half months of 2017, Displays’ digital marketing has generated 114 leads, or 45 leads/month. That’s 86% of the total leads generated in all of 2016.

We just recently hit a new record with 19 quality leads in one week!

How We Got There

Now, I mentioned that Displays increased their investment in their digital marketing. That most certainly played a large role in their growth.

What we have come to find is that you should be investing about 10% of your company revenue into marketing.

Displays was at a point where they could seriously invest in the growth of their business.

It takes time, effort, collaboration, good strategy, a great team and ultimately money to make digital marketing hum and contribute to your bottom line. We used a variety of tactics and strategy to grow Displays to where they are today. This included a premium website, quality content, SEO strategy and implementation, social and Google advertising and more.

What’s Next?

We are proud to continue to partner with Displays FAS to help them grow their business with digital marketing. As Displays continues to grow, we’ll grow alongside them, adjusting our tactics and strategies to fit the ever-changing digital world and market.
