The Best Place to Work award is determined by anonymous employee surveys conducted by the third-party survey provider Best Companies Group. The two-part process includes an Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire, which gathers data regarding employee benefits, policies and demographics. The Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey consists of employees’ personal rankings and responses to open-ended questions.
The employee survey focuses on factors such as organizational leadership, company culture, work environment and training opportunities.
Eligible businesses must have an employee response rate of 80% or higher, employ at least 15 people and have been in business a minimum of one year.
An awards luncheon honoring the selected companies will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2017, at the Fort Worth Club. Qualbe will find out its official place for this year among the top 16 companies in Fort Worth at this luncheon. The winners and rankings will be featured in the November/December issue of FW Inc. magazine.
