What You’ll Do:

  • Building, testing, scheduling, sending and reporting on the performance of all email campaigns
  • Email marketing list management and segmentation
  • Monitor websites to ensure that information is accurate, current and error-free
  • Develop copy and content for multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Within a content management system, make content changes to websites as needed
  • Stay current with email marketing and digital content best practices
  • As assigned, tackle new projects in reputation management, retention, referrals, member engagement and community management – lots of opportunities for this role to grow!

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media or Journalism is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with email tools (Active Campaign, MailChimp, etc.) a plus
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) a plus
