Customer Care Representative

Would you like a challenging job in a fun work environment? We are looking for enthusiastic, personable, highly-relational Customer Care Representatives to handle customer calls regarding our dental and pet care discount plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer customer and dental office calls in manner that:
    • Provides accurate information
    • Helps customers solve problems
    • Appeals to the need and communication style of the caller
    • Leaves a positive impression on the caller
  • Follow and contribute to the Qualbe Core Values with co-workers and customers
